Even if you haven't met all the requirements for the FREE Option we may still be able to attend.

Minimum Requirements Not Met

If the Event is NOT being held within Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire or Gloucestershire then this usually means that you only have to give us an advance payment for the travelling expenses. Obviously, the further away you are the more expensive it may be.

If there are NOT at least 80 adults attending then we would usually apply a sliding scale of charges for our attendance or, more usually, recommend that you take one of the Fixed Price packages.

If there is NOT enough space for our mobile studio of about 3m by 5m with a power supply and ideally a couple of working tables then we will not be able to setup our equipment. In this case we could offer a Fixed Price for attending the Event and placing the images on the website for viewing and purchase after the Event. In these situations the organiser would usually absorbe the cost into the ticket price or allow for it in the same way as you would a DJ, Bouncy Castle, Finger Buffet or other attraction.

If you are holding a more informal Social Gathering where people would NOT normally be expected to dress smartly or in a novel manner (e.g. fancy dress theme night) then we will need to charge a fixed price for attending as there is no incentive for people to have their photo taken.

If you DO have another photographer taking photos at the same time for the same purpose e.g. your Wedding Album photographer is attending the reception, then we would need to charge a fixed price. This is because people get confused and believe they have had their photo taken whereas it's the other photographer who has the photo. As two photographers are operating there is no incentive to purchase on the night until they have see the other photos.
