This is why we always offer to bring the photo shoot to you. Not only do the children feel more comfortable, it also puts the photo in context, leaving you with a permanent reminder of your surroundings as well.

Of course, if you prefer studio backdrops, such as the modern contemporary high key backgrounds then our studio location is safe and convenient.

Our style is relaxed and spontaneous and whatever atmosphere you seek at your session we will capture it. We do not have a ‘one formula fits all’ approach and we treat every session as the unique occasion that it is.

We welcome enquiries from Playgroups and Day Care Nurseries, where we can agree a convenient date and time to attend with our high key fully mobile studio with onsite printing. Our Photographers are CRB checked for working with Children and the Vunerable. We can offer password protected website viewing of all images taken on the day, should this be required. A range of packages are available with significant discounts for prepay of images prior to the Session.

The studio isn’t always the best place to create the right image. Sometimes out on location gives more freedom of expression to the whole shoot. This could be at home, the street corner or in an urban setting along with friends.

Group portraits with friends are invariably much more appealing and it’s important to realise that our approach moves people into and out of the shots as required. This way we always manage to capture both exciting and stylish group pictures as well as those elusive relaxed and true to character solo images. In this way we meet both needs within the same session.

The Couples and Partners service photographs are very free format. Depending upon your tastes we can supply either studio or on location sessions. If you decide on a studio session at our facilities then it’s perfectly possible for you to have both indoor and outdoor shoots (weather permitting). As a business operating in England we are always happier with studio sessions, but when the weather co-operates the outdoor images can be simply stunning.

Whatever you decide, these images will be about you being together. For the studio shots the style will generally be tighter more detailed patterns. Outside on location the style will be more expansive and incorporate much more of the surroundings.

Consequently your choice of location is quite important and to some extent dictates the style of the resulting portfolio. Just bring your favourite clothing, whatever you feel best most comfortable in, or bring any items/things that help define you as a couple or partners. Fact: Most couples start collecting photographs once their child is born thereby missing out the first 9 months of life. Now you can ensure that you don’t miss out on the most intimate period of early development. However you decide to be photographed, the end result will be a beautiful portrait that celebrates the wonderful nine month journey that you are going through. Pregnancy is one of those precious moments that really shouldn't’t be forgotten about.

We aim to capture the wonder that is your pregnancy. Photographs can be taken fully-clothed, partially-clothed or nude... you decide. Wear whatever reflects who you are – jeans and boots in a strong urban style or softly draping dresses in the sitting room. Children, husbands, partners are optional. You can be photographed alone or together. Wherever and however you chose to pose - it's down to you.

Book a studio portrait through all the various stages of your pregnancy or just have a single visit. For maximum bump and minimum exertion we advise you to book about your session for about 6 weeks (34 weeks) before your due date.

We like to take natural photographs that bring out the true character of your family. We take as many photographs at the shoot as possible, swapping people in and out as required, for example we can introduce parents and grandparents or close friends.

A full variety of combinations and groups will be taken to make sure you get the very best combination of images.

Maybe you are an experienced model and wish to add to your portfolio or try out new ideas and images. Whatever your need - we have the solution. We believe that no photographer can create an entire model or actor portfolio in one session. In fact, your portfolio should have the work of several photographers included. We don’t even attempt to shoot a whole portfolio for you, but rather a small series of high impact as near perfect as possible images. The objective is of course simply to make you look your best.

We do advise that this be treated as a fun session that will give you some really nice model or actor style pictures and not as a route to certain success in these careers. We do not want anyone to buy a portfolio of prints from us in the hope of getting work from an agency only to be disappointed some time later.

Remember, most agencies only require that you send a couple of shots (head and shoulders and full length). These do not have to be professionally taken and should not involve you spending lots of money. You do not need to pay for a portfolio of pictures to approach an agency.

There are both high key and low key backgrounds and also neutral walls against which to set poses, so you can be sure that we capture many different images from which you can make final selections. Some props are supplied, but too many can be distracting and we encourage you bring anything along that you want to see in the photographs.
