The FREE QUOTATION Option

This option is designed for when you want more than the standard free service. It may be that you want some customisation, or perhaps you are representing a Company and require a back to back 3rd party contract. We attend Events where we have to work closely with other suppliers to ensure throughput and timing is maintained due to the large volumes of people involved.

Note that we may still quote to attend for FREE!

If you are a third party such as an Organisation or Company, managing a Public Relations Event or an Advertising Agency looking for a quotation then please make an initial enquiry using a request for a fixed price quotation. In general this is an iterative process where exact and specific requirements are detailed before our best fixed price quotation is issued.

Planning an event can be difficult enough without having to bother about optional extras! But, after all your planning and hard work, just how many people remember that special event after a month or more? However, with EasyPhoto professional event photography you can be sure that all the attendees have the opportunity to take away a treasured memory. One that can be branded with your own or your Client's logo and / or message.

EasyPhoto has invested in a complete mobile studio and printing lab that we can bring to your event. For formal studio shots we generally take at least two portrait images, full length and head/shoulders. For action Events we take both team and reportage shots as you require. All images can be licensed for your own website or publicity needs.

Each team is equipped with the latest Mitsubishi touch screen image processing system supporting up to 6 concurrent high speed printers each capable of 1.5 prints at 5"x7" per minute. Additionally when distance and local conditions allow all cameras are wireless-linked for immediate printing. This gives us the capability to produce photo lab quality prints for a large number of people, in a standard way - very quickly!

When we arrive at the Event Location you will want to be sure that we hold all the necessary UK licenses, registrations and indemnities both required by law and recommended by best practice to undertake Event Photography. EasyPhoto is a trading style of Incomelink Limited, a private UK registered limited company with full Public, Products and Employers Liability cover. We also carry a comprehensive Professional Indemnity insurance. We have a PRB UK General Licence for operating our onsite raidio communications equipment.

Furthermore, we will not be putting any of your business at risk with our mobile equipment. All our portable electrical equipment is covered by a current PAT test certificate, is logged in our asset register and individually marked with a serial number and certificate identification label.
