The FREE Option

This option is designed for Events where it's appropriate for the people attending to pay for their own photo. Providing you meet the minimum requirements and believe there is going to be a reasonable demand for pictures then EasyPhoto will attend for FREE!

Minimum Requirements

The Event is being held within Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire or Gloucestershire
There are at least 80 adults attending
There is space for our mobile studio of about 3m by 5m with a power supply and ideally a couple of working tables
No other photographer is taking photos at the same time for the same purpose
