BE ASSURED, that when you book with EasyPhoto, we will be the photographers who turn up on the night to undertake your Event. We never use freelancers, subcontractors or ‘other photographer mates’. This means that when you book with us there is no doubt about the validity of the insurance coverage, and no doubt that all the images in our Gallery represent the professionalism, quality and service you will get on the night. This isn’t always true of all Event companies, so we urge you to insist on full disclosure from other suppliers if considering alternatives.

Images are quickly available in the online shop following the Prom, which contains all the modern social networking features you expect from a Photography Service aimed at Students. We have easy Facebook linking, personal lightboxes, email linking and a huge range of wall and desk frames. We also provide a large selection of electronic products such as digital downloads, CD-R, DVD and iPod slideshows and offer special offers for multiple purchases.

We have two flexible approaches for Proms. The first and most popular approach is FREE attendance. EasyPhoto will attend for free if the Event falls within our normal geographic area, is being attended by more than 80 individuals and the organisers can demonstrate a reasonable demand for our services. However, all prints on the night will be charged at the normal flat rate for the print size. Even at this cost, the service represents exceptional value where the equivalent high street studio service would be in the region of at least 250% higher.

The second approach is to select one of our Event Packages. This is much easier for the students and is exactly the same quality service. However, it is much more work for your already busy team. You will need to estimate the demand and then produce, track and control the issue of vouchers to the students in advance of the Event. The package price is paid in advance of the event by the organisers who generally add it to the cost of the ticket or generate a ticket upgrade to give people access to the service at the Event.
