If you wish to have an image removed please contact us directly clearly stating your reason. Note that all photogrpahic assigments undertaken by EasyPhoto Photography are governed by an agreed contract which includes:
2.6 The Photographers may display any photographs included in this contract in their studio, web site, portfolio, literature, display areas, exhibitions, competitions, advertising or slide shows without any additional signed release from the Client, the Venue or Guests.
2.7 Negatives / digital files remain the property of the Photographers.
2.8 No title, copyright or intellectual property in the images produced in the course of the Assignment shall pass to the Client or any persons or locations photographed at the Event. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that all guests and Venues Mangers are aware of these terms. Purchased prints become the property of the purchaser, but the copyright and title remains with the Photographer.
2.9 Any images or copies of images whether stored digitally or otherwise and any computer program including any source or object code, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. It is contrary to the Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically/electronically or by any other means an image created as part of this contract without the permission of the Photographers in writing.
3.1 It shall be the responsibility of the Client to obtain the permission of the Venue for photographs to be taken by the Photographers for the duration of the Event and the existence of clause 2.8 above.
3.2 The Client must ensure that all persons photographed are fully aware that the resulting image is the property of the Photographers and subject to clause 2.8 above.
3.3 All persons photographed must be aware that the resulting image in any medium may be offered for resale to the general public via the internet, for advertising, promotion and other commercial purposes and that they have no claim on any financial or property rights.
